About the role
- Facilitate the onboarding process of new dealerships
- Be the primary point of contact guiding the dealership through onboarding, orientation and training processes
- Work closely with the sales operations team to collect profile information necessary to onboard a newly signed dealership
- Work collaboratively with all dealership stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the onboarding process
- Coordinate internal resources necessary to complete the onboarding process
- Identify and take corrective actions to remove roadblocks that may jeopardize the timely completion of the onboarding process
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of key internal dealership data collected during the signing and onboarding process
- Introduce and ensure smooth transition to the (CSM) Customer Support Manager
- Responsible for the average days to onboard KPI
Requirements
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable reaching out via phone and speaking to people
- Must be a self starter, with the ability to work quasi-autonomously
- An effective listener, able to match needs with solutions
- Strong problem resolution aptitude
- Thrives as a team player in a fun, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
