About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own daily IT operations and infrastructure across Poland and Hungary.
- Administer Azure and on-premises environments hands-on every day.
- Run ITIL processes in practice — incident, problem, change, and asset management.
- Manage outsourced IT vendors and hold them accountable on SLAs.
- Ensure IT security, compliance, and business continuity.
- Be the go-to person for users, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations.
- Hands-on Azure experience — Entra ID, virtual machines, and hybrid environments.
- Practical ITIL knowledge — incident, problem, and change management applied in real environments.
- Experience coordinating outsourced IT vendors and holding them accountable on SLAs.
- On-premises infrastructure background — Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
- Someone who works independently, owns problems, and does not wait to be told what to do.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Nice to Have ITIL certification.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or higher.
- Experience working in organisations of 100 to 500 users.
- Multi-country IT operations experience.
