About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes across the business and design better alternatives
- Develop and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI
- Work directly with data using SQL to support reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives
- Explore and implement AI driven solutions where they create genuine business value
- Partner with stakeholders across different departments to understand challenges and translate them into practical solutions
- Lead transformation initiatives from concept through implementation
- Drive continuous improvement across business processes, reporting, and information management
- Support the development of a centralised and scalable reporting environment
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Promote a culture of innovation, automation, and data driven decision making
- Continuously monitor data quality and develop recommendations for improvements
- Test new releases and processes
- Technical support to colleagues regarding the current ERP system (CarWise)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering digital transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives
- Strong hands on SQL skills
- Strong hands on Power BI skills, DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot
- Data modeling knowledge, such as Star schema
- Experience working with AI tools and applying them to real business challenges
- Experience implementing business process automation solutions
- Strong project management skills, PRINCE2 or PMP or AgilePM certification is a plus
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to move comfortably between business discussions and technical implementation
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluent Hungarian and English
- Structured documentation skills.
