Key responsibilities & impact

Drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies
Design and implement data-driven solutions that improve decision-making
Evaluate and introduce AI-powered tools and automation opportunities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical solutions
Support the creation of a centralised reporting and analytics environment
Analyse business processes and redesign workflows for greater efficiency
Lead and coordinate transformation projects from idea through implementation
Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver change initiatives
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading or contributing to large-scale digital transformation programmes
Strong understanding of process optimisation and business transformation
Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
Understanding of AI tools, automation technologies, and modern digital solutions
Strong project management capabilities
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of driving organisational change and delivering measurable improvements
Highly proactive personality with strong ownership mindset
Ability to challenge existing approaches and propose better alternatives
Fluent Hungarian and English
