About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Design and implement data-driven solutions that improve decision-making
- Evaluate and introduce AI-powered tools and automation opportunities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical solutions
- Support the creation of a centralised reporting and analytics environment
- Analyse business processes and redesign workflows for greater efficiency
- Lead and coordinate transformation projects from idea through implementation
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver change initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of process optimisation and business transformation
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
- Understanding of AI tools, automation technologies, and modern digital solutions
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving organisational change and delivering measurable improvements
- Highly proactive personality with strong ownership mindset
- Ability to challenge existing approaches and propose better alternatives
- Fluent Hungarian and English
