Technical Sourcer – Commission-based
Work Life GroupTechnical Sourcer for a technical recruitment agency seeking to hire top tech talent internationally. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline recruitment processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
- Craft and send recruiting emails;
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
- Develop talent pipelines;
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks;
- Promote our employer brand online and offline;
- Maintain candidate databases;
- Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels;
- Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process;
- Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).
- Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting company.
- High attention to details.
- Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- B2+ English.
- Available to work at least 4 hours per day.
