About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
Craft and send recruiting emails;
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
Develop talent pipelines;
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks;
Promote our employer brand online and offline;
Maintain candidate databases;
Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels;
Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process;
Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization;
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-4 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).
Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting company.
High attention to details.
Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
B2+ English.
Available to work at least 4 hours per day.
