About the role

  • Define, own, and evolve the product roadmap and vision in close alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication of priorities and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to align expectations and outcomes.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior, application performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and innovation.
  • Monitor application performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate and champion innovative ideas, making a strong business and technical case for implementation.
  • Lead roadmap planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

  • 1 + years of proven experience as a Product Manager in digital/mobile applications.
  • Experience in the automotive or banking industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of managing product roadmaps, defining product vision, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • A strong business mindset with a proven ability to build business cases, justify investments, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement or adapt delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Prince2, etc.) to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain why certain approaches deliver the most value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and bring them from concept to execution.
