About the role
- Promote and sell study abroad programs to the Italian market.
- Convert cold leads into qualified opportunities and drive sales.
- Proactively seek and build partnerships with schools and educational institutions to generate new leads and long-term recruitment channels.
- Generate organic leads through outreach, partnerships, and on-the-ground initiatives.
- Create videos and digital content in Italian (reels, stories, posts, and informational content) to attract and engage potential students.
- Advise students on course options, accommodation, visas, and cultural experiences in Ireland.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an excellent customer experience from first contact to enrollment.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Italian nationality is required.
- Native Italian speaker.
- Proven experience in the study abroad, education, or international recruitment industry.
- Strong B2C sales experience, especially converting cold leads into opportunities.
- Proactive profile, comfortable with building partnerships and generating leads independently.
- Experience or interest in social media strategy, organic lead generation, and content creation.
- Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Motivation, persistence, autonomy, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for travel, education, and helping students achieve international experiences.
