About the role
- Effectively convert leads into customers
- Manage the entire sales process, from first contact through closing
- Provide personalized client support via WhatsApp, video calls, phone, and email
- Record and report performance and productivity metrics in the CRM
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements
- Solid experience in direct sales within the study abroad/tourism/education sectors
- Experience with high-ticket sales and cold leads
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, conveying confidence and trust
- Experience handling a high volume of leads
- Goal- and results-oriented profile
- Genuine interest in the education sector and the transformative impact of study abroad
- Advantage: international experience (study or work)
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
