About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the first point of contact for internal specialist department for all technical and functional issues
Optimize business and system processes in close cooperation with cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, marketing, sales)
Translate business requirements into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Communicate with development partners to create functional and technical specifications for enhancements
Promote the idea of continuous improvement of systems, processes and applications by providing training and support
Support specialist departments or take on project management as part of projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in the field of business informatics/engineering/Business Administration or comparable
At least 3-5 years of experience in (in-house) consulting with an ERP-System, ideally Microsoft D365 F&O
Experience in the customization and configuration of an ERP-System, preferably D365 F&O
Excellent German and English language skills
Experience Jira & Confluence an advantage
