About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal specialist department for all technical and functional issues
  • Optimize business and system processes in close cooperation with cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, marketing, sales)
  • Translate business requirements into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate with development partners to create functional and technical specifications for enhancements
  • Promote the idea of continuous improvement of systems, processes and applications by providing training and support
  • Support specialist departments or take on project management as part of projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in the field of business informatics/engineering/Business Administration or comparable
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in (in-house) consulting with an ERP-System, ideally Microsoft D365 F&O
  • Experience in the customization and configuration of an ERP-System, preferably D365 F&O
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Experience Jira & Confluence an advantage
