Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in outbound cold-calling sales.
- 1+ years in outbound sales or customer service.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive, curious, and passionate about making a positive impact.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and people skills.
- Empathy and understanding of business drivers and customer challenges.
