About the role
- Design and map all on-product graphics across bikes and accessories
- Lead on designing graphical expression of product packaging
- Design intuitive, beautifully branded product materials like manuals and hangtags
- Create flawless, production-ready artwork and print data
- Evaluate pre-production samples and collaborate with suppliers
- Translate creative concepts into technically feasible designs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience applying brand graphics to physical products or packaging
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product graphic design craft
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Deep knowledge of print processes and colour management
- Ability to visualize how 2D graphics will translate to 3D forms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a strong plus
