About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support proposal managers as needed, including attendance at scheduled kick-off, review, and other pursuit meetings; attending meetings to document action items and larger strategy discussions; issuing subconsultant data calls; and managing received information.
  • Complete the corporate forms required in the proposal submission.
  • Provide responses to data calls from teaming partners.
  • Work with technical writers to maintain toolkit content (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate text, etc.)
  • Maintain and archive image/graphic libraries through OpenAsset
  • Coordinate hard copy production and shipment of final submittal, as needed
  • Maintain client database through designated tools.
  • Maintain consistency and storage of information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma and at least one year of experience in proposals, marketing, business development support, or administrative support; associates degree or higher preferred
  • Proposal or related experience within the aviation industry highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with InDesign a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to internal client needs, including proposal manager, project manager, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs).
