Proposal Coordinator I
WoolpertWoolpert's Proposal Coordinator supporting the proposal process within the Aviation Industry. Managing proposal components and collaborating with proposal managers and teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support proposal managers as needed, including attendance at scheduled kick-off, review, and other pursuit meetings; attending meetings to document action items and larger strategy discussions; issuing subconsultant data calls; and managing received information.
- Complete the corporate forms required in the proposal submission.
- Provide responses to data calls from teaming partners.
- Work with technical writers to maintain toolkit content (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate text, etc.)
- Maintain and archive image/graphic libraries through OpenAsset
- Coordinate hard copy production and shipment of final submittal, as needed
- Maintain client database through designated tools.
- Maintain consistency and storage of information
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma and at least one year of experience in proposals, marketing, business development support, or administrative support; associates degree or higher preferred
- Proposal or related experience within the aviation industry highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with InDesign a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to internal client needs, including proposal manager, project manager, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs).
