About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently analyze client requirements and translate them into practical GIS solutions and workflows.
Design and configure solutions using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and mobile applications (e.g., Field Maps).
Troubleshoot technical challenges and adapt solutions with minimal supervision.
Contribute to project execution across multiple concurrent engagements.
Use ArcGIS Pro for data management, analysis, and map production.
Configure and deploy web maps, apps, and dashboards using ArcGIS Online.
Design and extend Experience Builder applications.
Support implementation and administration of ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
Manage spatial data, metadata, and tabular data including QA/QC and schema design.
Develop and maintain automated workflows using ModelBuilder, Python, FME or equivalent tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of professional experience in GIS or geospatial consulting.
Proven experience delivering GIS projects using Esri technologies.
Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Field Maps, and mobile GIS workflows.
Experience with GIS data modeling and schema design.
Spatial analysis and data management.
Automation tools (e.g., Python, ModelBuilder, FME preferred).
Strong independent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to translate business needs into technical GIS solutions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage workload across multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working in global, distributed teams.
