About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives and acquisition integrations
- Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities
- Establish and oversee change frameworks, methodologies, tools, and governance
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies across all levels of the organization, both internal and acquisition company stakeholders
- Drive communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent messaging
- Lead organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional change management team
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to integrate change practices into project delivery
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact
- Identify risks and resistance points and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change agility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or related field) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership
- Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise transformations
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
