Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads and manages complex mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical standards.
  • Provides expert guidance to management on advanced mechanical engineering solutions and best practices to enhance product development and process efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences (BS) in relevant field AND 10+ years experience
  • Working knowledge of Aviation Development guidelines, including: ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254, etc.
  • Experience using formal Requirements Management Tools (IBM DOORS, PTC Codebeamer, etc.)
  • Experience supporting the creation of Safety Hazard Assessment (SHA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
