About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead automation projects
- Mentor Project Coordinators
- Accountable for project results
- Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.)
- Lead automation project meetings and reviews
- Accountable for project gates and deliverables
- Build trust, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration among team members
- Manage schedules, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
- Conveys project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors
- Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyzes situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions
- Estimates, allocates, and manages project budgets
- Creates teamwork by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication
- Adjusts plans in response to changing circumstances
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background in project management preferred
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Planisware experience preferred
- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
