Lead automation projects
Mentor Project Coordinators
Accountable for project results
Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.)
Lead automation project meetings and reviews
Accountable for project gates and deliverables
Build trust, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration among team members
Manage schedules, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
Conveys project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors
Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle
Analyzes situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions
Estimates, allocates, and manages project budgets
Creates teamwork by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication
Adjusts plans in response to changing circumstances

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Background in project management preferred
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Planisware experience preferred
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
