About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations, from sourcing and procurement through inventory and logistics
- Take full accountability for supply chain performance, results, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term growth plans
- Own and maintain key supply chain processes, KPIs, policies, and governance frameworks
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and compliance
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and finance
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics; identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks; develop contingency and business continuity plans
- Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and cost efficiency
- Drive cost‑reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process optimization
- Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain team; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Leverage supply chain systems, analytics, and digital tools to improve visibility, automation, and decision‑making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in supply chain management with accountability for operational and financial results
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or related industries
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain strategy, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in leading Continuous Improvement activities using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in dynamic environments
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and performance tracking
- Proficiency with supply chain management systems and ERP tools
- Fluent Polish and English
- APICS / Six Sigma certification preferred
