About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic requirements analysis across departments; identify enterprise-level opportunities and influence solution direction, including opportunities to leverage AI and data-driven insights.
  • Define documentation standards and testing strategies; ensure compliance and quality assurance across projects.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of data and analytics solutions to address complex business challenges; architect scalable solutions and lead enterprise-wide implementations; drive standardization and scalability across departments; provide strategic input on data, analytics, and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the enterprise; lead change management and drive adoption of new data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Oversee full development lifecycle for major initiatives; ensure alignment with architecture and security standards; support data transformation and digital initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success of initiatives; mentor and guide junior analysts; ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA or Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, or related field).
  • 5–8 years of professional experience, including demonstrated success leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and drive execution of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies is preferred.
