- Level 1: Focuses primarily on basic tasks such as assembling components, conducting routine quality inspections, and maintaining equipment.
- Operates within established procedures and guidelines, requiring minimal technical expertise.
- Primarily supports manufacturing processes and adheres to instructions from senior team members.
- Documents production data using existing systems without significant analytical input.
- Level 2: Handles more advanced technical assignments using current manufacturing technologies.
- Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex manufacturing issues, requiring deeper analytical skills.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and operations, extending beyond routine tasks.
- Provides informal mentorship to junior team members, contributing to skill development within the team.
- Maintains quality standards while actively contributing to overall team goals, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Requirements
- Level 1: 4-year Bachelor's Degree (BS) OR 6+ years equivalent experience
- Level 2: 4-year Bachelor's Degree (BS) OR 8+ years equivalent experience
- Electrical experience
- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
