Expertise: Learn the DAP application in detail and become an expert in its use
Monitor application analytics to identify areas of improvement/opportunity
Vendor: Be the primary point of contact with the vendor/partner escalating issues as required and communicating issues or ideas for enhancements
Business Requirements Analysis: Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; evaluate enhancements; Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.
Documentation and Testing: Own documentation for assigned projects; Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.
Solution Design and Implementation: Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions; Configure modules to meet business requirements, including cross-module integration; Ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.
Stakeholder Communication and Training: Act as a liaison between business and IT; Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
System Development and Support: Identify and resolve complex platform-related (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) issues, providing timely support to users; Manage enhancements and bug fixes; Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards; Own small-to-medium development efforts; Mentor other team members as needed.
