About the role
- Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; Evaluate enhancement vs. new solution options; Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.
- Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions; Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements, including cross-module integration; Ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT; Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and resolve complex platform-related issues, providing timely support to users; Manage enhancements and bug fixes; Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards; Own small-to-medium development efforts; Mentor other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP EAM/PM modules
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Implementations
- Experience with Druits IAM preferred
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
- Business Process Modeling: Design and optimize business processes; Use modeling tools to support solution design;
- Change Management & Training: Lead training and change initiatives; Develop materials and measure adoption;
- Documentation & Traceability: Own documentation for projects; Ensure version control and audit readiness.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Lead small projects or workstreams; Ensure timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Solution Design Thinking: Translate requirements into functional designs. Evaluate solution options.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
- Technical Acumen: Proficient in using and analyzing data within at least one enterprise system;
