💰 $80,000 - $104,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead projects and mentor Project Coordinators.
  • Accountable for project results, artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.), and governance.
  • Conduct project meetings and reviews.
  • Ensure project gates and deliverables are met.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project.
  • Analyze complex situations and make informed decisions with support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively
  • Proficiency in tools and software (e.g., Planisware, Jira, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
