About the role
- Lead projects and mentor Project Coordinators.
- Accountable for project results, artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.), and governance.
- Conduct project meetings and reviews.
- Ensure project gates and deliverables are met.
- Engage stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project.
- Analyze complex situations and make informed decisions with support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively
- Proficiency in tools and software (e.g., Planisware, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
