💰 $105,000 - $168,000 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for the proper application of revenue recognition methods for the various contractual obligations of the organization
  • Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all financial regulations and laws
  • Responsible for managing a team of accountants and ensuring that all accounting processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to improve the financial performance of the organization
  • Responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with external and internal stakeholders, including auditors, vendors, and other financial professionals

Requirements

  • US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Accounting or Finance required
  • 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience in complex, global organizations
  • Background in public accounting and/or industry; or a combination of
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and technical accounting areas such as revenue recognition and royalty reporting
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong process improvement and project management skills
  • Experience leading remote teams
  • CPA and/or Master’s in Accounting/Finance
