💰 $85,000 - $136,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
  • Conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, manages member development, recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.
  • Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring team's problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.

Requirements

  • Prior direct leadership experience of team members in a production environment.
  • Provide examples of leading process and quality improvements for the team.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Blueprint reading experience.
  • Experience with basic inspection equipment for manufacturing.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
