Requirements

  • Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Evaluate enhancement vs. new solution options
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope
  • Own documentation for assigned projects
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
  • Configure platform modules to meet business requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT
  • Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Identify and resolve complex platform-related issues
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards
  • Mentor other team members as needed
