About the role
- Analyze supply chain performance data—historical, predictive analytics —to provide insights and decision support for the business
- Conduct analysis of various supply chain data elements including but not limited to forecasts, quality, delivery, cost, volume ramps, etc.
- Partner and communicate with stakeholders to gain understanding of their needs and to interpret and convey the results of supply chain analyses
- Conduct root cause analysis for key supply chain performance metrics (e.g., inventory, material productivity, delivery performance)
- Lead and support analysis of complex supply chain problems and provide recommendations to the supply chain leadership team that will be instrumental in the formation of supply chain strategies, cost savings, and continuous improvement efforts
- Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, suppliers and customers
- Partner in administering R&R and PMC survey campaigns to include data collection/coordination and analysis, 1st line supplier escalation communication, survey development/deployment, etc.
- Support internal/external FMD data collection and escalation efforts.
- Respond to supplier inquiries for R&R and PMC initiatives.
- Prepare customer PMC responses in coordination with WWD Sales Team.
- Perform 1st echelon escalation to the supplier for risk events and follow-on escalation coordination with business segment supply chain.
Requirements
- US – bachelor's degree in arts / sciences (BA/BS) 2-5 years of analytical experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- LEVEL II: US – bachelor's degree in arts / sciences (BA/BS) 5+ years of analytical experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
