- Design and govern system integrations between Oracle R12 (Voyager and Orbis), OneStream, Kyriba, Emburse, Neeyamo, BlackLine, Supplier Master Data, Azolve (invoice automation), Payroll Benefits, Oracle Time & Labour, Aveva ERM, and other finance-related applications. Ensure reliable, secure, resilient, and efficient data flows across the application landscape

- Identify opportunities to simplify Finance processes through automation, workflow optimisation, standardisation, and elimination of non-value-adding activities, reducing operational effort while improving control, data quality, and speed
- Ensure all Finance solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and maintainable, minimising customisation wherever practical and promoting configuration over bespoke development
- Provide architectural leadership throughout programme delivery, ensuring solution designs are effectively translated into implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support
- Provide technical oversight of implementation partners and software vendors, challenging solution proposals where appropriate and ensuring delivery aligns with the Group's architectural standards, commercial objectives, and long-term operating model
- Ensure Finance Systems Architecture supports evolving regulatory requirements, including Making Tax Digital, e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, audit requirements, information security, and data governance
- Maintain a multi-year Finance Systems roadmap, identifying future enhancements, technical debt reduction opportunities, platform optimisation initiatives, and emerging technologies that support the Group's strategic objectives. Define a clear framework for Finance application governance, rationalisation, and investment prioritisation
- Work with Cyber Security colleagues to identify and mitigate cyber risks across the Finance application suite
- Ensure the Finance Systems Architecture is fully documented, understood, and successfully transitioned to the Group's managed services partner, enabling effective application support, incident resolution, change management, and ongoing operational stability
