About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the central PMO in delivering end-to-end programme governance
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment, pace, and effective delivery
- Track progress, milestones, and financial impact (EBIT and cash)
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), integrated plans, and action trackers
- Collaborate with workstreams on governance, reporting, and execution
- Support data collection activities (workshops, interviews, process mapping)
- Produce high-quality reporting for leadership and Steering Committees
- Act as a central point of contact for programme documentation and coordination
- Track benefits realisation and identify risks to delivery
- Facilitate meetings, capture actions, and drive accountability
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
- Prepare presentations and programme materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in:
- PMO, project coordination, consulting, or transformation support
- Cost reduction or business improvement programmes
- Working in multi-functional, matrixed organisations
- Supporting programme governance, reporting, and delivery tracking preferred
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or change environments
- Skilled in:
- Project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- RAID management and reporting
- Document preparation and reporting (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Working knowledge of:
- EBIT drivers (cost reduction, margin improvement)
- Cash levers (working capital, capex, payables / receivables)
- Tracking and reconciling benefits realisation
- Linking operational delivery to financial outcomes
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- Data consolidation from multiple workstreams and systems
- Ability to produce clear, insight-driven dashboards and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across senior leadership and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritise effectively
- Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and operate across diverse teams
- Ability to generate trust and credibility with audiences through continuous, open and consistent communication.
- Work effectively across different cultures, driving a global mind-set.
- Influence and change the way the organisation works, to improve safety standards and behaviours, whilst motivating others to do so also.
- Influence in situations without formal authority and push back when appropriate
- Knowledge of large corporate or consulting environments preferred
