About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Project Manager is responsible for creating delivery excellence across assigned project/portfolio, providing certainty and confidence to the customer/project sponsor, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost and risk.
  • Specifying and coordinating the implementation and completion of a moderate sized project, portfolio of small projects, or a major component of a large project.
  • This includes responsibility for safe delivery, ensuring that quality, schedule, and cost targets are met and for managing the associated risk.
  • They will also deliver the project(s) to agreed specifications, for managing change and customer relationships, and ensuring appropriate reporting and governance is adhered to and controlled.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations, including planning, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Projects, HCM, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience managing integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Experience with data governance, reporting, analytics, and ensuring data integrity within ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies within large-scale system implementations.
