About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Project manage or provide project engineering support to deliver EPC/EPCM projects from project scoping and initiation, front end design, through detailed design, procurement, construction, hand over and close-out, including bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical success of the relevant aspects of those projects or part thereof.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Focus on Statement of Requirements throughout the phasing of the project from concept to detail design
  • Implementation of the company quality management system for the project
  • Interface support in the coordination of major sub-contractors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years direct Project Management or Senior Project Engineer experience managing EPC or EPCM oil and gas related projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Demonstrated administration skills necessary to initiate and lead project packages, develop design / implementation schedules, execution methodologies and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team and clients
  • Hands-on and performance driven Senior Project Engineer in interfacing with major sub-contractors
  • Experience in marine logistics and interface management an advantage
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to safety and implementation of strong change management practices
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
  • RPEQ preferred
  • Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
