About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for supporting the Indirect Tax team with global Indirect Tax compliance.
The role will involve data extraction, data transformation, ensuring tax returns are submitted timely and accurately.
Partnering with the AP and AR teams to ensure tax data point accuracy and adherence to tax relevant processes and controls.
Preparation of tax returns.
Identify process improvements using data manipulation tools and AI.
Taxability classifications.
Exemption certificate management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accounting, Finance or Tax related qualification
The use of ERP/Accounting systems, preferably Oracle
The use of data analysis tools
Familiarisation of Indirect Taxes, preferable but not essential
Experience of data extraction and analysis
Experience of filing Indirect Tax returns preferable
Ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
Experience learning and growing from direct on the job coaching and mentoring
