About the role
- Meaningful, end-to-end ownership where you’ll lead UX work from discovery through delivery, shaping problem definition, flows, interaction models, UI direction, and final specs.
- AI-forward product work designing AI-enabled experiences such as assistants, automation, intelligent search and recommendations, with a focus on usability, trust, and user control.
- A modern workflow where you’re encouraged to use AI responsibly to accelerate synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and documentation while keeping human judgment at the core.
- Close collaboration with product, engineering, and data or AI stakeholders to ship high-quality outcomes.
- Workshop facilitation with internal teams and customers to uncover needs, pain points, and priorities.
- Strong craft and polish balanced with iteration, learning, and speed to impact.
- Clear expectations and accountability with defined outcomes, measurable success criteria, and direct feedback.
- Complex enterprise challenges across multi-stakeholder, process-heavy systems with opportunities to simplify and modernize.
Requirements
- A degree in UX design or comparable training.
- 5+ years designing digital products or services with end-to-end UX ownership.
- UX-first mindset with strong UI craft, from IA and wireframes to polished UI, with accessibility and consistency baked in.
- Proven AI experience delivering AI enabled products or experiences and clearly articulating your role and impact.
- Daily use of AI in your workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping, with good judgment on what should stay human-led.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including leading workshops and driving decisions.
- Ability to translate insight into clear artifacts such as journeys, flows, prototypes, and build-ready UI specs.
- Strong tool fluency in Figma and FigJam, with familiarity with modern build or prototyping tools as a plus like Replit, Lovable, Figma Make.
- Comfort working independently across disciplines and navigating ambiguity with structure.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms is a bonus, especially complex, enterprise-grade products with multiple user roles and workflows.
- Fluent English required.
