About the role
- Serve as a strategic enterprise leader and functional owner of Wondr Health’s marketing automation ecosystem
- Drive the vision, governance, and execution of marketing automation across the organization
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the core marketing automation platform
- Define and champion the Marketing Automation Center of Excellence
- Oversee ideation, development, and execution of automated campaigns
- Build, supervise and mentor a high-performing marketing automation team
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 5+ years in marketing automation leadership roles
- Proven success implementing and managing Iterable or similar enterprise-grade automation platforms
- Expertise in email marketing, lead nurturing, and multi-channel campaign orchestration
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and data governance best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
