About the role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA and Test Automation workflows using UiPath Test Suite
- Implement and manage automation components including bots, robots, code repositories, logging, and development tools
- Support launch, rollout, and stabilization of automation solutions across environments
- Ensure automation quality through defined QA processes and best practices
- Create and maintain process documentation, technical design documents, and end-user guides
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver automation initiatives
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and applications
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments, including participation in on-call rotation when required
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies, tools, and business processes
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms, especially UiPath Test Suite
- 3–6+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, C/C++, VBScript, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, .NET, or Mobile Test Automation
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript or other scripting languages
- Strong understanding of workflow-based automation logic
- Experience in designing technical specification and solution design documents for RPA projects
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Exposure to SQL or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts in the context of automation
