About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the Ignite spend analytics platform, including data updates, reporting deliverables, taxonomy maintenance, and system enhancements
  • Audit spend precision across vendors, business units, ledger codes, and contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with the Ignite technical team to resolve data-quality gaps
  • Optimize classification logic and supplier mapping with Sourcing Category Managers
  • Architect reporting covering the sourcing pipeline, savings realization, and category health
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis for Procurement leadership, Finance partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Establish standardized dashboards, performance metrics, and automated reporting cadences
  • Support Category Managers with reports identifying spend velocity, supply risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Drive the data strategy and reporting cycle for the Travel & Expense vertical
  • Monitor purchase-order and invoicing flows and track actual spend against committed thresholds
  • Direct integrations among Netsuite, Workday, Zip, Navan, and Tropic
  • Design and implement Looker dashboards integrating disparate data sources
  • Analyze AI adoption trends to mitigate budget variances and identify workflow efficiencies
  • Coordinate with international Procurement resources on departmental objectives and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field
  • 3–5 years of experience in spend analytics and strategic sourcing
  • 1–2 years of experience leading projects or personnel
  • Experience managing enterprise procurement tools such as Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan, or Tropic
  • Expertise architecting dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI using disparate data sources
  • Advanced technical mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience maintaining data integrity across taxonomy, contracts, and invoicing flows
  • Ability to collaborate with Category Managers and FP&A to translate complex data into insights for executive leadership
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as Gemini or Claude
  • SQL proficiency is a plus
