About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a regional team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
- Lead, mentor, and support a team to ensure high performance
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Guide the team through tactical problem-solving and operational challenges
- Monitor team performance closely
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for regional client accounts
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams
- Act as a primary liaison between frontline account managers and broader internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales or account management processes
- 1–2 years of direct management or team leadership experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite / Google Workspace
- Native-level fluency in English is required
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.
