Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee a regional team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team to ensure high performance
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales or account management processes
  • 1–2 years of direct management or team leadership experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite / Google Workspace
  • Native-level fluency in English is required
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.
