About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the product vision and portfolio strategy
  • Define and drive a unified product vision that connects all four sides of the marketplace into a coherent system
  • Make sequencing decisions across the portfolio of what we invest in, what we defer, and what we deprioritize
  • Translate the vision into a working-backwards roadmap with measurable outcomes at each stage
  • Drive P&L through product
  • Own the connection between product decisions and business outcomes
  • Think in systems; find and activate compounding loops
  • Build a world-class product organization
  • Establish operating mechanisms: working-backwards planning, OKR cascading, Big Rocks prioritization, weekly business reviews
  • Partner across the executive team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years portfolio leadership
  • Experience leading product for a multi-sided marketplace at scale
  • Track record of owning a product portfolio with multiple distinct business lines, customer segments, and revenue models
  • Demonstrated P&L impact: revenue growth, margin expansion, or unit economic improvement directly attributable to product decisions
  • Experience building and leading product organizations of 50+ across multiple pod structures with dedicated consumer, merchant, and platform teams
  • Experience making portfolio-level trade-offs across competing investment areas with limited resources
  • Experience building or scaling a merchant-funded advertising or retail media platform ($20M+ in revenue)
  • Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or driver/courier product in a marketplace context
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered consumer products in production: personalization, search ranking, recommendations, conversational interfaces, or dynamic pricing
  • Experience with institutional/B2B product in a consumer marketplace
  • Deep understanding of SEO, distribution strategy, and emerging AI search dynamics
  • MBA or advanced degree
