About the role
- Partners with brand team to translate creative strategy into unique, award-winning creative concepts.
- Crafts clear, concise, and compelling advertising copy as well as technical product copy for use across all channels.
- Develops globally relevant ideas that translate and resonate across multiple regions.
- Helps to establish, shape and evolve the brand’s tone of voice.
- Works closely with the creative team and Creative Director to shepherd work from ideation through production and launch.
- Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years copywriting experience in an advertising agency.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a deep curiosity for marketing trends and competitor landscape.
- Experience discovering new ways of reaching consumers through storytelling.
- Excellent project and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and high-volume tight timelines.
- A deep desire to dive into the world of performance running, understanding the people, products and passion that define its culture.
- A deep desire to dive into the world of lifestyle footwear and apparel, and its intersection with running culture.
- Some travel may be required.
- Flexible, hybrid work schedule (three days in office and two days remote)
