About the role
- You analyze the business and technical requirements of integration partners in the areas of HR, payroll, time management/time tracking, or benefits.
- You act as a liaison between external partners and our internal development teams.
- You advise partners on integrating with our interfaces, assess use cases for technical feasibility, and translate them into clear requirements.
- You contribute to improving our API documentation and support the creation of guidelines and FAQs for partners.
- You support test phases, define acceptance criteria, and assist in the verification of integrations.
- You identify recurring requirements and provide input for the ongoing development of our API strategy.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, API Consultant, Technical Partner Manager, or in a comparable role.
- Strong understanding of modern interface/API concepts and of data flows in an HR or payroll context.
- Ideally, experience with HR IT systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking, ERP, financial accounting).
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a high degree of personal ownership.
- Very good German and English language skills.
