About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day oversight to content managers, verification team members, and customer service operations associates
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for the BL Brain proprietary license-information database
  • Identify industry and regulatory changes and assign updates to internal industry information
  • Integrate and update knowledge sources including BL Brain, checklists, intake forms, cheat sheets, and web content
  • Partner with IT on BL Brain technology initiatives, including AI-related functionality
  • Track and announce database and technology progress to leadership and the company
  • Synchronize with CT BL Teams to recapture data found during order fulfillment
  • Lead content generation and thought-leadership articles for websites, podcasts, webinars, and social media
  • Monitor industry changes for dissemination to internal and external clients
  • Oversee development and distribution of Regulator Tracker and off-the-shelf research products
  • Provide subject-matter expertise for sales calls, RFPs, and quotations
  • Oversee Verifications Team functions and serve as a subject-matter expert in verification processes and systems
  • Ensure complex or sensitive verification tasks remain on track and communicate timelines
  • Develop KPIs, metrics, and performance standards for the Verifications Team
  • Monitor project deadlines and identify delivery risks
  • Adapt team processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-team support
  • Hire, train, and develop team members
  • Monitor employee metrics and conduct bi-annual employment reviews
  • Recommend merit-based promotions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of management experience or equivalent, preferably in a licensing field
  • Proven record of leading a team and delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results
  • Experience functioning in an evolving regulatory environment
  • Demonstrable project management record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to lead and make focused business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
