About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales and renewal targets

  • Partner with customers to maximise utilisation and adoption of UpToDate, Lexidrug, and Expert AI
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable value from Wolters Kluwer solutions
  • Support implementation, training, and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
  • Identify and address risks that may impact renewals or customer satisfaction
  • Develop strong relationships with state government health agencies, public hospitals, health networks, and healthcare organisations
  • Understand government procurement frameworks and tender processes
  • Monitor market developments, healthcare policy changes, and funding initiatives that create growth opportunities
  • Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry events and customer meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Informatics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Strong experience working with government, healthcare, or public sector organizations
  • Key relationships across the c-suite in Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
