About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain a single source of truth for sales performance reporting.
- Design and run the recurring revenue performance cadence pipeline, forecast, and bookings reviews in partnership with Sales leadership.
- Develop dashboards and reporting aligned to the Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) KPI framework.
- Support territory design and account segmentation with a data-driven methodology.
- Own day-to-day data quality standards for the CRM account hierarchy integrity.
- Partner closely with the RevOps Managers owning Top-of-Funnel and Pipeline-to-Bookings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role supporting a B2B sales organization.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including report and dashboard building.
- Strong Excel/analytics skills, with experience in a BI tool (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and data visualization.
- A demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and to build trusted, repeatable reporting processes from scratch.
- Clear, confident communication comfortable presenting data and insights directly to Sales leadership.
