- Manage external counsel
- Educate business teams on contracting forms and intellectual property rights
- Support litigation matters in India
- Draft and review a range of legal documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in law from a highly regarded, nationally recognized educational institution
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively responsible corporate/commercial legal experience
- Fluent in English
- Licensed to practice law in India
