Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.
  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
  • Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in educational technology and platforms
  • Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development
  • Proven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Self-directed, professional, and committed to integrity.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support business objectives.
  • Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferred.
