Requirements

What you’ll need

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.
Active, unencumbered RN license
Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams
Proficiency in educational technology and platforms
Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development
Proven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions.
Self-directed, professional, and committed to integrity.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
Willingness and ability to travel to support business objectives.
Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferred.
