About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula.
- Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs.

- Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
- Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams
- Proficiency in educational technology and platforms
- Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development
- Proven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Self-directed, professional, and committed to integrity.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel to support business objectives.
- Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferred.
