About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain short‑term (quarterly) and long‑term (annual) FCC cash flow models.
Track forecast accuracy and refine forecasting methodologies.
Leverage internal AI tools to enhance cash flow forecasting accuracy.
Build scenario analyses and sensitivities.
Monitor cash inflows and outflows to identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver cash flow reporting packages for FP&A leadership.
Provide variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Partner with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Billing, and Operations teams to gather input and ensure forecast accuracy.
Identify and implement improvements to forecasting processes, data flows, and related documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, corporate finance, or financial modeling.
Hands-on cash flow forecasting experience and strong understanding of cash flow concepts - operating vs. free cash flow, working capital, timing impacts, etc.
Technical accounting background, a strong plus
Financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear insights.
