Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • proven track record in sales within the healthcare, medical technology, healthcare solutions , or related sectors
  • strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Indonesia, including public and private hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and key decision-making processes
  • experienced in engaging senior stakeholders, including C-level executives , hospital administrators, physicians , and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Advanced negotiation skills for closing complex deals
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Proficient use of advanced CRM and sales management tools
  • Skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
