Key responsibilities & impact

Leading a team of analysts to establish, govern, and evolve enterprise reporting capabilities
Owning reporting governance, standards, frameworks, and infrastructure for consistent reporting
Defining and maintaining an enterprise reporting framework for operational, tactical, and executive reporting needs
Overseeing design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
Ensuring role-based security and access controls across reporting solutions
Guiding team in analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Leading and developing a team of reporting analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred)
MBA is a plus
7+ years in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or operational analysis
3+ years of experience leading analysts or managing reporting teams
Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel; AI-enabled analytics experience is a plus
Relevant BI or analytics certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) preferred
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality reporting solutions
Proven experience driving reporting quality, consistency, and process improvement
