About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate product and business needs into AI-driven insights and intelligent workflows
Collaborate with Product Management, UX/CX and Engineering teams to prototype and validate GenAI/ML solutions
Lead validation, review, and tuning of outputs from LBA AI solution
Partner with Sales, Product Managers, and SMEs to respond to customer queries and solution deep-dives
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data/analytics, or product management, or related field
2+ years of experience in AI/ML products, analytics, or product-facing roles
Experience in legal billing, invoice review, or compliance domains is a strong plus
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, NLP, ML) in applied settings
Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or analytics workflows
Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data tools (working knowledge preferred)
